Ready to use Laboratory

The Park offers its tenants an unbeatable advantage to their research and developmental efforts. It has been designed to have various sizes of modular laboratories as well as developed open space where one could build customized R&D Centres in short timeframes, supported by a range of infrastructure, administration and business facilities and services.

The multi-tenanted laboratory infrastructure at IKP called Innovation Corridors is being developed in phases. The modular units are ready-to-use laboratories with in-built flexibility to accommodate modifications with minimal disturbance and are provided with facilities including uninterrupted power, data & voice connectivity with email and internet at all desk tops, air-conditioning, fire protection & detection systems, gas lines, vacuum, compressed air, soft water, filtered water and enclosures for safety showers and fume cupboards. Innovation Corridor 1 with 84,000 sft of internal lab space has 1,600 sft, 3,000 sft and 3,400 sft modular laboratories for small and medium requirements.It would also accommodate large laboratories for long term lease and customized to suit the requirements of the tenant.
