The Park has been operational for the last seven
and a half years and currently has 84,000 sft of
wet lab space in Innovation Corridor 1,
Phases I, II & III. This includes a 3,200 sq ft
Life Sciences Incubator with fully furnished
dedicated lab space, shared equipment and an
assistance programme that is expected to benefit
innovative start-up companies and scientist entrepreneurs.
Five companies are establishing their own R&D facilities
in 35 acres of land given to them on long lease.
There have been 29 resident companies in the Park so far,
of which 10 have graduated and currently there are 19 small
to mid-size companies in the Park working in various areas
of pharmaceuticals, chemistry and biotech. 65% of these
companies are into technology/product development while
the rest are engaged in contract research.
